Tradition in motion.

The challenge: Translate the body language and rhythm of the Brasílica Method into animated sequences that could bring movement and character to the Brasílica Dance Catalog — a visual and educational resource based on the methodology of André Madureira, developed from years of research with Recife Popular Ballet.

Using rotoscopy, we created a series of animations based on performances by dancer Deca Madureira, transforming real dance steps into expressive animated moments. These animations became part of the catalog and were also used to animate the company’s mascot.
